This primary residence on a corner lot in a seaside community received an update with a two-story addition connecting the garage, a new entry porch to address the side road, and an interior renovation by designer John Stanley including a spacious kitchen, primary suite, mudroom, laundry room, and butler’s pantry.
Working closely with John Stanley, we generated 2D and 3D design options and renderings, led the detailing of the exterior, and produced a full set of coordinated construction documents.
