The concept of this new three-story office headquarters for a large Boston construction company merged factory/industrial aesthetics with the functionality and performance of commercial systems.
At the exterior, metal panels and exposed CMU block evoke manufacturing. Light gauge metal stud framing and gypsum finishes complete the interior of the envelope assembly.
We served as the AOR’s lead producer of design development and construction documents, working closely with the construction company’s (very) experienced team from schematic design through construction and completion.
