This primary residence on a corner lot in a seaside community received an update with a two-story addition connecting the garage, a new entry porch to address the side road, and an interior renovation by designer John Stanley including a spacious kitchen, primary suite, mudroom, laundry room, and butler’s pantry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working closely with John Stanley, we generated 2D and 3D design options and renderings, led the detailing of the exterior, and produced a full set of coordinated construction documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
